Reparations: An open honest & honorable debate on Twitter
Please join us on June 10th at 8pm Eastern Standard Time on Twitter as we debate a respected American regarding reparations. Despite the fact that our opponent is pro-reparations and we are fundamentally against reparations, we believe our opponent to be an honorable man. You will hear no insults nor any accusations of being racist or a socialist presented in the debate. You will simply hear two people talking about their beliefs. There will be an open Q&A section were everyone is welcome to come up and ask questions and poke holes within arguments made. All we ask is that you show up with an open mind and respect your fellow Americans and realize that people can have two different points of view and that does not make anyone evil. Glad this is being brought up. I hope the focus moves from slavery to a more recent injustice: red lining. The case is very strong; it happened zero generations ago; the victims are more easily identifiable and still around.
